Modifying a Calendar
You can modify the Calendar name, description, display color, or the user accounts that have access to the Calendar.
- Click Calendars from the Shortcuts menu.
- Under the Calendar Navigator, right-click a Calendar, and select Edit Calendar.
- On the Calendar tab, edit the Calendar name, description, or display color.
- Click the Security tab.
- Add, edit, or remove a user account for the Calendar.
- Click Save and Close.
Deleting a Calendar
You can remove a Calendar if it is no longer being used. Make sure you update any Jobs that reference the Calendar before attempting to delete it.
- Click Calendars from the Shortcuts menu.
- Under the Calendar Navigator, right-click a Calendar, and select Remove Calendar.
- When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
Copying a Calendar
- Click Calendars from the Shortcuts menu.
- Under the Calendar Navigator, right-click a Calendar, and select Copy Calendar To.
- Under Destination, set the Destination Calendar Name and Destination Server.
- Click on the Server field to see a drop-down list of available selections.
- Click Ok. The Calendar and all its Date Types and Dates will be copied over.
