The JAMS Agent is distributed on CD-ROM. After you insert the CD-ROM into your computer, a browser window will open showing installation instructions. Follow these instructions to begin the installation process.

If a browser window does not automatically open, you can use the Windows Explorer to find the SETUPAGENT.EXE program on the CD-ROM. Double-click this program to begin the installation.

The JAMS Agent is also available for download over the Internet. If you downloaded the JAMS Agent from the Internet locate the SETUPAGENT.EXE file that you downloaded and double-click this program to begin installation.
